USA, New Jersey: Cast resin transformer manufacturer Jinpan International Limited has announced that the company’s shareholders voted in favour of the proposal to authorize and approve the previously announced merger agreement among the company, FNOF E&M Investment Limited and Silkwings Limited.

China: Jinpan International announced the fourth quarter 2013 results which show an increase in profit compared with the fourth quarter the year before.
