Power transformers stolen from Yolanda-battered area in the Philippines
The Leyte II Electric Cooperative (Leyeco II) stated that the restoration of power supply in two villages – Caibaan and Cogon in San Jose district, the Philippines will be difficult after the theft of two transformers in their state-run service area, the Philippines News Agency reports.
