Iberdrola SA has obtained the construction permit for the 101 MW El Escudo wind farm located in the autonomous community of Cantabria.

PPC Renewables will develop a 140 MW wind farm in Romania’s eastern commune of Deleni, Vaslui county.

Engie is building two wind farms in Cadiz, Andalucia, with a total installed capacity of 37 MW.

The project will have a capacity of 274 MW and will be built in the districts of Vila Real and Braga.

The project will become operational by the end of 2025 and will supply green energy to roughly 62000 households.

Eight wind turbines were energised in May, having contributed 1.3 GWh to the grid since May 13.
