Acquisition of Powertech Transformers concluded

South Africa, Johannesburg: Allied Electronics Corporation Limited (Altron) has finalised the disposal of its 80% interest in Powertech Transformers to a consortium comprising of SGB-SMIT and local-owned Power Matla Group.
