France, Le Tréport: Power transformer explosion caused a massive blackout in the city and Mers-les-Bains, Criel-sur-Mer and Ault.
The explosion of a power transformer located in Sainte-Croix park, was caused by the faulty wiring leaving the area without power, reports Courrier Picard.
According to the reports, nobody was hurt and there are works in progress to restore power supply. EDF services conducted work to bypass the damaged transformer.
