Hipopower Systems, a power equipment manufacturer in the USA and Canada, launched a new line of step-up, step-down transformers ranging from 15 to 500 KVA. They are available in portable transformer packs and dolly configurations featuring Hipopower’s ultra-secure, carbon- steel-caged enclosures.
“Our rental customers in the U.S. and Canada experience significant demand for these units, which are well-suited for use by entertainment industry companies that rely on generators to power their events,” said Raimond Castillo, Hipopower Sales Director for Oil & Gas Division.
“They’re also valuable at remote refineries, job sites and other industrial operations, where they enable users to charge mobile phones, run laptops and perform other office operations when suitable power would otherwise be unavailable.”

– (1x) Set of Camloks 600/480V 3Ă-4W Input/Output with color coded covers.
– (1x) Set of Camloks 208V 3Ă-4W Input/Output with color coded covers.
– Dual voltage input 600V & 480V, Nema 3R, CSA & UL listed transformer.
– Double Throw Safety Switch with three lockable on-off positions.
– Heavy duty Carbon Steel cage with 6″x3″ forklift pockets & casters.
