Russia, Samara: Elektroshchit – TM Samara improved the design and manufacture of oil transformers TM-SESHCH® of 1000-6300 kVA.
Corrugated walls of the housing have been replaced with removable panels which can be dismantled at the time of repair of transformers, reports Elec.
The new design include winding transformer focusing on eliminating the gaps between the conductors and the subsequent drying of windings.The body of transformers design includes using corrosion primers and enamels with a high degree of corrosion resistance and coating durability. In the manufacture of transformer insulation paper of high density is used.
Transformers TM SESHCH® and TMN-SESHCH® are manufactured with high quality materials and components that have passed tough testing.
Serial production of these types of transformers is currently underway.
