After a meeting with the Councillor for Infrastructure, Services and Maintenance, Rafael Lillo,  San Vicente mayor, Luisa Pastor, visited Cami del Pantanet with Javier Bon the head of Iberdrola in Alicante.

Luisa Pastor explained that “this work represents a considerable improvement in the power supply service for the San Vicente residents, where the population increases significantly during the summer months due to a large number of second homes.”

Rafael Lillo said that “Iberdrola took charge of the work, which included the replacement of a transformer and the installation of the underground lines which will optimise distribution of power to the residents.”

The new facility, integrated into a prefabricated house, has 400 kVA capacity and it will not only increase the quality of electricity supply in the area, but also meet the new energy requirements arising in the area.
