Congo, Sangha: A $90 million Liouesso hydropower project in the province of Sangha, Congo, is more than 60% complete.
As part of the project, two power transformers with a capacity of 25 MW each will be installed, as well as an outdoor switching station 110/11 kV, reports Journal de Brazza.
The Liouesso hydropower plant, built by China Gezhouba Group Company Limited (CGGC), will have a capacity of 19.2 MW.
