Alstom to build second new facility in Stafford
United Kingdom, Stafford: Alstom has announced plans for the creation of a second new facility in Redhill, Stafford, which will house Alstom’s High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) and Systems operations.
United Kingdom, Stafford: Alstom has announced plans for the creation of a second new facility in Redhill, Stafford, which will house Alstom’s High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) and Systems operations.
The business will also build a Valve Test Facility at the transformer factory in Lichfield Road, states the company in the press release.
Following on from the plans to move the Automation business to Redhill Business Park, with the new facility the company’s HVDC and Systems operations will move from their existing St Leonards site.
The new facility will be developed by global integrated property group, Goodman, and completed by early 2017.
