Reinhausen Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd raised RM 50,000 for Typhoon Haiyan Relief Fund.

The company managing director, Tim Farrell was at the cheque presentation at theSun office and expressed the company’s concerns regarding the needs of the typhoon survivors in the Philippines.

Farrell handed over his company’s donation to theSun managing editor, Freddie Ng.

“The company that is active in power engineering and consists of Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen GmbH (MR) and over 20 subsidiaries and affiliated companies globally has a core business that regulates power transformers,” said Farrell according to theSun.

Senior area sales manager Rosidi Mat Lazim said the company is constantly keeping tabs on the recovery progress of the typhoon aftermath as it has close business relations with the Philippines.

“We hope this amount helps in some way to ease the suffering of the people in the affected typhoon areas,” he said.
