Reconstruction of Lapsary substation completed

MRSK Volga Chuvashenergo (the Rosseti Group) have completed the reconstruction of 110/10 kV Lapsary power substation in Cheboksary region, Chuvash Republic.
110/ 10 kV Lapsary, with total capacity of 26 MW, has been in operation since 1972. It supplies electricity to almost 2000 residents in Cheboksary region. Most power consumers in the region are agricultural enterprises and small and medium-sized businesses.
During the reconstruction of the 110/10 kV Lapsary substation, old transformer T-1 (TMN 10 000-110/10 kV) was replaced with the new T-1 (TDN 16 000-110/10 kV) power transformer.
The installation of sump oil pan lines has also been completed.
The complete reconstruction is part of the MRSK Volga Chuvashenergo investment programme and has been executed within schedule so far.
