New transformer ballistic fire barrier installed at a major US substation

The project included an installation of a series of nine barriers, from six to over 15 metres in length and ten metres in height, the company states in the press release.
The barriers are tested to shield from transformer fires and blast, and they meet National Fire Protection Association standards and Underwriter Laboratories (UL) 752 Level 8 Standard.
The project took four months to complete.
