FGC to provide electrical infrastructure for Khabarovsk TOSER
Russia, Khabarovsk: Russia’s Federal Grid Company (FGC) will provide electrical infrastructure to the territory of advancing social and economic development a specially created advanced economic zone (TOSER), in the Khabarovsk territory.

FGC will build new facilities, including a new 220 kV substation with two autotransformers of 63 MVA each and one power transformer of 40 MVA, along with two 10 kilometre 220 kV transmission lines Khabarovsk CHP-3 – Khekhtsir 2, to cater for the needs of future residents of the territory, reports Novosti Mail.
TOSERs are priority socio-economic developments in Russia, falling under a special tax and legal regimes of doing business.
