Togliatti Transformer to start production for wind farm projects
Russia, Samara: Togliatti Transformer, one of the largest manufacturers of high-voltage power transformers in Russia, is enlarging its portfolio to include production of the equipment for wind power generation.
Russia, Samara: Togliatti Transformer, one of the largest manufacturers of high-voltage power transformers in Russia, is enlarging its portfolio to include production of the equipment for wind power generation.
According to the Russian Association of Wind Power Industry (RAWI), under the new scope of production the company will start manufacturing oil-immersed power transformers and reactors, and power transformers with a capacity of 0.5 to 5 MW to be used as components for wind farms.
