United Kingdom, Worcestershire: Bromsgrove-based power transformer manufacturer Bromsgrove Winding Services (BWS) has announced expansion of its factory and workforce.

After the investment of close to USD 800,000, the company has moved into two more units at Sugarbrook on Buntsford Hill Business Park and now operates from 1,115 square metres on the site, reports Worcester News.

Chris Hall, director of BWS, said: “As the only UK manufacturer of energy efficient amorphous power transformers, demand is outstripping supply and a move to larger premises was essential for us as we look to fulfil our potential.”

The expansion also means staff numbers will increase from 24 to 33.
