Khabarovsk airport substation to receive $2,5M upgrade

Russia, Khabarovsk: The substation 110/35/6 kV feeding the Khabarovsk Novy Airport will be upgraded with the third power transformer at a cost of over $2,5 million (171 million rubles).

 


Russia, Khabarovsk: The substation 110/35/6 kV feeding the Khabarovsk Novy Airport will be upgraded with the third power transformer at a cost of over $2,5 million (171 million rubles).

Khabarovsk electrical networks will perform the upgrade with the installation of the third 110/6 kV power transformer of 25 MVA, gas-insulated switchgear and expansion of the indoor switchgear, reports Amur Media.

The project is part of a large-scale Khabarovsk project aiming to connect the new international airport terminal to the power grid and extend the airport commercial area.

The reconstruction works to begin in the first quarter of 2016 are expected to be completed by the end of 2016.
