USA, Michigan: A Grand Haven, Michigan-based transformer manufacturer Grand Transformers (GTI) has expanded its footprint to the east coast with the acquisition of a New Hampshire-based company Warner Power.
USA, Michigan: A Grand Haven, Michigan-based transformer manufacturer Grand Transformers (GTI) has expanded its footprint to the east coast with the acquisition of a New Hampshire-based company Warner Power.
Grand Transformers (GTI) designs and manufactures transformers, inductors and custom magnetic components serving the energy, oil and gas industries, among others, reports MLive.
Warner is a designer and manufacturer of electrical transformers and power systems and GTI expects the acquisition will provide it with access to new customers, technical capabilities and industries.
