USA; Nebraska: The Nebraska Public Power District (NPPD) will be moving a large power transformer from the Axtell area to Neligh starting Monday, 6 June and completing the move on Tuesday, 7 June.
Due to the size and height of the equipment, vehicle traffic may be slower and there may be interruptions of electrical and telecommunication service along the route as lines may be disconnected or raised to allow clearance, reports York News Times.
The transformer will be travelling to NPPD’s new substation in the Neligh area.
