Transformer order placed for Russia’s largest petrochemical complex

Russia, St. Petersburg: Power Machines - Toshiba. High-voltage transformers (PMTT) has received an order to supply equipment for the 500 kV transformer substation under construction in the city of Tobolsk in Tyumen region, as part of the ZapSibNeftehim project, Russia’s largest petrochemical complex.

High-voltage transformers (PMTT) has received an order to supply equipment for the 500 kV transformer substation under construction in the city of Tobolsk in Tyumen region, as part of the ZapSibNeftehim project, Russia’s largest petrochemical complex.

The order includes the manufacture and installation of four 500 kV three-phase auto transformers of 250 MVA each, which is currently PMTT’s largest project, the manufacturer said in a press release.

The transformers are scheduled to be delivered to the customer in the second and third quarters of 2017.
