Eltel wins five power contracts in Finland worth $20M
Finland, Helsinki: Eltel has recently signed five new substation and overhead line contracts in Finland with Fingrid, Caruna and Elenia, respectively, at the total value of $20.3 million (€18 million).
Finland, Helsinki: Eltel has recently signed five new substation and overhead line contracts in Finland with Fingrid, Caruna and Elenia, respectively, at the total value of $20.3 million (€18 million).
The new contracts cover the construction of a new 110/20 kV substation with power transformers and associated electrical equipment in Gunnarnäs, extension of Fingrid’s 220/110 kV substation in Seitenoikea, refurbishment and modernisation of the Vikom 110/20 kV substation and refurbishment and modernisation of the substations in Hanko, Lappohja and Lindsby, reports Business Wire.
The projects will also include construction of the power lines Karjaa – Åminnefors and Karjaa – Lappohja, all for Caruna, and refurbishment of Elenia’s 110 kV power line Nivala – Hitura with new 2×110 kV line.
All projects will be executed during 2016 – 2018.
