General Electric quits partnership with GAMA Enerji
Turkey, Ankara: General Electric (GE) is selling its stakes in GAMA Enerji, a Turkey-based energy company, to GAMA Holding. The sale will end the seven-year partnership with GAMA Enerji.

Turkey, Ankara: General Electric (GE) is selling its stakes in GAMA Enerji, a Turkey-based energy company, to GAMA Holding. The sale will end the seven-year partnership with GAMA Enerji.
GE announced in a written statement that the decision has been made upon investment portfolio decisions and that the company would now cooperate with GAMA Holding.
Turkish Weekly reports that GE Energy Financial Services has announced it is seeking approval from the Competition Board for the transfer of its 50 % stake to GAMA Holding.
“GE continues investing in Turkey and GAMA Holding will remain a significant business partner of GE Türkiye, both in Turkey and the region,” GE said.
