India: T&R India announced yesterday that it surged 3.32 % to Rs 82.55 ($ 1.35) at 11:27 IST on BSE after successfully manufacturing and commissioning the first 3 units of 1500 MVA, 765 kV transformers at Nellore substation in Andhra Pradesh.

India: T&R India announced yesterday that it surged 3.32 % to Rs 82.55 ($ 1.35) at 11:27 IST on BSE after successfully manufacturing and commissioning the first 3 units of 1500 MVA, 765 kV transformers at Nellore substation in Andhra Pradesh.
T&R India said that the company is prepared with all the required facilities to manufacture 765 kV transformers and cope with huge demand for 765 kV transformers and 765 kV shunt reactors in 12th and 13th, 5 year plans, reports Business Standard.
The company was incorporated in 1994 and established itself as a manufacturer of a wide range of transformers for the domestic and the international market, completing a number of prestigious orders from countries such as Canada and the United Kingdom.
