Power transformers at Alto Valle to be replaced

Argentina, Neuquén: New power transformer will soon be installed and energised at the Alto Valle substation located near the bridge connecting Neuquén and Cipolletti.
The investment in the new transformer, which is very large and weighs over 80 tonnes, amounts to $ 1.7 million.
The objective of the investment is the replacement of the current two transformers, which reached the end of their useful service lives, in order to provide greater reliability of both the equipment and the provision of service, while minimising the probability of failure in the cities of Neuquén and Cipolletti.
