Interim review concerning liquid dielectric transformers from Korea initiated

Canada, Ontario: An interim review of the Inquiry No. NQ-2012-001, concerning liquid dielectric transformers has been initiated by the Canadian International Trade Tribunal.
It concerns the transformers having a top power capacity equal to or exceeding 60 MVA, assembled or unassembled, complete or incomplete, originating in or exported from the Republic of Korea.
The review follows the finding made on the 20th November 2012 due to a new final determination of dumping made by the President of the Canada Border Services Agency pursuant to paragraph 41.1(1)(a) of the Special Import Measures Act in respect of the above-mentioned goods. The interim review has a purpose of determining if the finding should be either amended, rescinded or continued. The Tribunal will issue its order in due course.
