Israeli VRT to ship substations to North America
VRT signed an agreement for the design and supply of mobile substations with one of America’s utilities and has now shipped two mobile substations to America.
VRT previously signed a five-year framework agreement for the design and supply of mobile substations with one of North America’s major utilities and has now shipped the two mobile substations to North America.
Manufacturing and testing of the first two mobile substations were completed successfully, and the manufacturing of the next two mobile substations has begun and is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
VRT turnkey-solution mobile substations can be specified with GIS (Gas Insulated Systems), circuit breakers, arrestors, distribution circuit breakers, air-conditioned control cubicles with DC battery sets, chargers, power cable reels and other specialized equipment.
