Bulgaria’s Power Distribution South signs $3.5 M power transformers deals

Bulgaria: Bulgaria's Power Distribution South, part of Austrian energy group EVN, said that it has signed two contracts for the purchase of power transformers, worth a total of $3.5 million (3.2 million euro), VAT excluded.

 


Bulgaria: Bulgaria’s Power Distribution South, part of Austrian energy group EVN, said that it has signed two contracts for the purchase of power transformers, worth a total of $3.5 million (3.2 million euro), VAT excluded.

The contracts were awarded to local Lemi-Trafo and Elprom-Trafo CH.

The procedures for awarding the two contracts attracted five bids each.

Power Distribution South operates the power grid in southeastern Bulgaria.
