Hubbell Acquires Cantega Technologies
Hubbell Power Systems, Inc. (HPS) – the recognized vendor of products such as bushings, arresters, insulators, connectors, as well as test and measurement solutions – recently acquired Cantega Technologies and its associated brands, GreenJacket, Reliaguard, and Cantega RTS associated brands, GreenJacket, Reliaguard, and Cantega RTS.
Cantega joins the HPS Group, led by Group President Allan Connolly.
Founded in 2001, Cantega is known for innovative animal mitigation solutions and services. It will be part of the power systems division led by Division President Mark Mikes.
