13 new substations in Indian district
India's Karnal districts power infrastructure is being upgraded with 13 new substations. Total work includes 17 substations and 4 of them are alreade finished.
India: The Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (UHBVN) is upgrading the power infrastructure in Karnal district by setting up 13 new substations of 33 kV.
The UHBVN started the work on 17 power substations in 2019, of them four — Balpabana, Butankheri, Alipur Khalsa, and Abla — have been completed, while the upgrade of the remaining 13 is going on.
The authorities consider these to be landmarks in strengthening the power transmission system of the district.
