Russia, Leningrad Oblast: Joint venture Power Machines and Toshiba will supply power transformers for JSC United Energy Company.
Power Machines – Toshiba High Voltage Transformers (a joint venture of Power Machines and Toshiba) won the tender for supply of TRDN 63000/110 power transformers for the construction of 110 kV transformer substation Lesnoy Ruchey in the Leningrad Oblast.
The project includes manufacture, supply and future service of the two 63 MVA transformers, reports Energy Land. According to the contract , Power Machines – Toshiba High Voltage Transformers will supervise the construction in the third quarter of 2014. The substation is scheduled to be commissioned in 2015 .
110 kV transformer substation Lesnoy Ruchey is designed to ensure the growing electricity needs of residents and businesses in the area.
