Venezuela, Falcon: Corpoelec performed maintenance work on the Coro III substation, in order to improve the operation of the facility, which affects the quality of electric service in the region.
This work included the installation of the new 40 MVA power transformer, reports Noticias 24. In the coming days, the transformer will be assembled and final testing will be performed before it starts to operate.
The substation will provide greater service reliability, improved voltage levels, thereby benefiting a large number of consumers in the area.
More than 50 workers from the field of specialised maintenance in transmission and protection of the National Transformers Recovery Center CNRT of the Aragua state are responsible for the assembly, testing and commissioning of the new power transformer installed in the substation.
