The seventh e-lesson of the Partial discharge course was recently added to the originally planned syllabus, considering the interest of the Master’s level attendees. The price of the Master’s level and all the other levels stay the same – feel free to check it here.

The upcoming lesson will be held live on Wednesday, 29 June, at 2 PM CET.

ABOUT THE UPCOMING LIVE SESSION

The relevance of PD measurements is reflected in the standard for electrical PD measurements (IEC 60270), which is mandatory for acceptance in routine factory testing. To ensure repeatability and comparability for PD measurements with systems and techniques from different manufacturers, the measurement system must be calibrated. As with conventional electrical measurements (charge PC) according to IEC 60270, this requirement must also be met for UHF PD measurements (electric field V/m). In this lesson, the different calibration procedures are presented.
