By addressing the general topics related to contract management, such as what is contract management and why it matters, what are the risks related to it, what is CM lifecycle and much more, our course of the same name uses plain and simple language to explain complex operational, technical, financial and legal aspects of contract management. Study materials are designed and optimized for the transformers industry and presented by the top expert in this field – Chris Gerber.
The content is divided into Basic, Intermediate and Master’s levels and its target audience includes project and contract managers and support staff, sales executives and staff, technical and financial managers, and much more.
