Croatia, Zagreb: Croatian power transmission equipment manufacturer Dalekovod has disclosed a closure of a new agreement with Statnett.
The Norwegian state-owned electricity transmission company Statnett has picked Dalekovod’s offer in a tender for the construction of a 420 kV transmission line.
After the evaluation process, Statnett sent a notification about its intention to sign the contract with Dalekovod for the construction of a new transmission line in the section Aurland – Sogndal with a total length of 41 km, Dalekovod said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange. It did not disclose the value of the offer.
A couple of days ago, the Croatian company has reported a significant business recovery in Q3 2022, with $34.6 M (HRK 264 M) revenue and a positive net profit in the amount of half million USD (HRK 3.6 M).
The company expects a continuation of this positive trend in the following period, given the intensive tendering activities anticipated in the energy infrastructure market.
