Contract management course in the transformer industry – e-lesson #4 The link between Contract law and Contract management and the importance of CM

The three sessions on the Intermediate level of the Contract management course by Chris Gerber were conducted live on 20, 21 and 22 October, with the attendees from various continents and different companies. We are very pleased to notice that among these were the winners of the Gender equality scholarship.

If you have missed the live sessions, feel free to attend these on demand, by first  subscribing to the intermediate level of the Contract management in the transformer industry course, and then attending each lesson individually:

The programme is suited for project and contract managers and support staff, sales executives and staff, procurement managers and staff, technical managers and staff, engineering managers and support staff and financial managers and support staff. Subscribe to Basic level or Intermediate level. Master’s level will be conducted based on the interest in the Intermediate level. To see the entire syllabus, check out the Contract Management course brochure.

These recently live held lessons will teach you about the following:

  • The link between contract law and contract management and the importance of contract management
  • Elements and tasks of contract management
  • Contract element flow chart, best practices, contract evaluation and success

The cost of the Intermediate level covers the attendance of all three lessons, as well as the additional fourth lesson, and the expenses of the certification procedure.

Stay tuned for the possible practical part of the Intermediate level, as well as for the announcement of the Master’s level in the near future.
