Croatia: Končar’s first photovoltaic power plant with a capacity of 1.1 MW was successfully completed and deployed.
With its investments, KONČAR – D&ST is aiming to make a concrete contribution to a low-carbon economy.
The production of electricity will take place in 4,266 modules placed on the roofs of the factory (of which over 7,000 m2 of the area is covered with panels). About 30-35% of the power consumption will be covered by the produced electricity. It is also estimated that through the implementation of this project, CO2 emissions will be reduced by about 30-35%, or 480,532.80 kgCO2 annually.
