L&T wins contract for 132/11kV Dubai substation
Dubai, UAE: One of Larsen & Toubro’s (L&T’s) units – L&T Construction – has won a batch of orders in India and abroad for its businesses.

Dubai, UAE: One of Larsen & Toubro’s (L&T’s) units – L&T Construction – has won a batch of orders in India and abroad for its businesses.
L&T has confirmed a major contract to design, supply, construct, install, test and commission a 132/11kV substation with associated cable works in Dubai. It has also secured two transmission line packages from Africa and informed that its Power Transmission & Distribution Business has landed a package involving supply and construction of a new GIS and associated substation extensions in Thailand.
It has also won a turnkey order for urban power distribution in Ayodhya city in the north Indian state of Uttar Pradesh in addition to a contract to build a 220kV transmission line in the Ladakh region.
