Polenergia inks 121 MW wind farm substation contract

Polish energy company Polenergia has signed an agreement for the balance of plant equipment for a 121 MW wind farm it is constructing in the country.

Poland: Polish energy company Polenergia has signed an agreement for the balance of plant equipment for a 121 MW wind farm it is constructing in the country.

Polenergia’s subsidiary Polenergia Farma Wiatrowa 3 concluded the agreement with a consortium comprised of Polish engineering, procurement and construction services company Electruum and PU JAREX.

The agreement spans assembly, electric engineering work and necessary construction work on the 30 / 110 kV electrical station with medium voltage, high voltage and optical fibre network for Debsk wind farm.

Debsk, which will consist of 55 turbines, is situated in the Zuromin and Kuczbork Osada communes.

The wind farm is expected to complete construction in 2021.
