Siemens Energy appoints two new EB members

Germany, Berlin: Following the new organizational structure, the Supervisory Board of Siemens Energy AG has appointed two new Executive Board members.

Germany, Berlin: Following the new organizational structure, the Supervisory Board of Siemens Energy AG has appointed two new Executive Board members.

Effective 1 November, Anne-Laure de Chammard will be responsible for the Transformation of Industry Business Area. Vinod Philip, currently Head of Strategy and Chief Technology Officer, will be responsible for the Management of Global Functions (such as IT, Procurement, Innovation, Project execution among others), effective 1 October.

As CEO of ENGIE Energy Solutions International, Anne-Laure de Chammard is currently responsible for ENGIE’s entire Energy Solutions business outside of France. She has extensive global management experience in the areas of industrial and energy services, strategy, innovation, research & technology, and was responsible for public-private partnerships at the French Ministry of Energy and the Environment.

Born in India, Vinod Philip has worked in the energy industry for almost 25 years. Prior to his current role, he had held various global management roles within Siemens AG including CTO for the Power & Gas Division and head of the Service Business Unit for Power Generation. He has, comprehensive experience, inter alia, in strategy, energy services, innovation and research & technology.
