The topic of special oil-filled and dry-type transformer manufacturing is very interesting. If your area of work is related to it, or you are simply interested in it, you must have wondered about their use in special applications. This industrial work involves plenty: paper mills, drivers, mining, heavy industry, electrolysis, marine, rolling stock, power quality, signalization, accelerators, etc.

Oğuz Sönmez, who is currently employed at the Sönmez Trafo, where he first worked as the Sales manager from 2010 to 2016 and is the Chief Operational Director since 2016, was the youngest graduate among EMBA Alumni Members in 2015 – 2016 at the Boğaziçi University.
The interview will be conducted by Transformers Magazine’s Mladen Banović.
