ABOUT THE SESSION
You will learn how to calibrate the measurement setup and how the apparent charge can be measured according to IEC 60270. The selection of the measuring frequency band is presented. The influence of PD location inside a power transformer on apparent charge is shown. Different ways of PD signal processing and visualization help to interpret the PD measurement.
